Enter your Customer/Shopper ID to get delivery information for orders that have shipped.
You are Emailed a Tracking Number when your order ships, however
there are times when it may not reach you. Please Allow One Business Day to Process Order. Our System is Updated Every Weekday at 7pm PST. All Tracking is handled online - We Do Not offer Telephone Support for Tracking If you receive a "Unable to Track Shipment" response OR you see a potential problem with the results provided Please Click Here If you see a potential problem with delivery (like the wrong address or it delayed,
etc.), you are more then welcome to call UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877. Remember to write down or print your UPS tracking information if you call UPS. Do NOT call UPS without this information. |
