This page is to help you determine the nature of your return and to direct you to correct section of our website.  There are three basic reasons for a return.  We have outlined each below.

Warranty Replacement - A warranty is any product received that does not work or fit correctly during the warranty period.

Return for Credit - This is for unwanted product that you wish to return for credit within the 30day allowed Return for Credit time frame.

Exchanges - This is for products that you wish to return for an exchange of a different product under the 30 day allowed Exchange time frame.

PLEASE READ FIRST - Common Questions and Answers:

Q- What if I received the wrong product? 

A- You may wish to contact our
Technical Dept to make sure first.  Otherwise, use the Exchange link.  Upon return, we will send you the correct product.  Or if is an emergency, you can purchase the correct product on our website and use the Return for Credit link and we will credit you the full amount of the return, plus shipping if it was our mistake.

Q- What if the package/product is damaged when I receive it?

A- Do not open it if the package is severely damaged. Go to our
Support Page and let us know.  Do not send it back yet.

Q- I don't want warranty replacement,  I just want to return it for credit.  What do I do?

A- Use the Return for Credit link, if it is within the 30 day allowed Return for Credit time frame.  After that time, the only option is to obtain a Warranty Replacement.

Q- I can't get the product to fit.  It says it is the correct product for my application.  What do I do?

A- Contact our
Technical Dept and see if they can assist you before returning the product.

Q- The product is scratched or dinged, is this a warranty?

A- We take pride in selling the very best products.  Technically, it is not a warranty, but you would use the Warranty link to get it replaced.  You may also use the Return for Credit link if you don't want a replacement.  If it was damaged during shipment, please go to our
Support webpage to let us know before returning.
