We value you as a customer and we are committed to making your return of unwanted products to us as simple and easy as possible. To help us achieve this goal and to streamline the process, we require you to fill out a very simple form.

Please review the following conditions prior to submitting this form:

1) All Returns must be Received at our warehouse within 30 Days of the Invoice Date.
2) Warning: Product being returned must be in new and unused condition.
3) All Returns are required to use this Form and have a Return Authorization Number. No phone calls please.
4) You must follow the return instructions for sending your return.
5) You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Return for credit will be charged 15% of the purchase price or $10.00 restocking charge, which ever is greater.
Warning: Product being returned must be in new and unused condition. All return batteries and Power Adapters are checked with software and if installed on a device, this software will tell us and you will be charged a 30% restocking fee. Torn bags, missing paperwork, and loose cords are subject to the same fee. We do not sell refurbished products and our customers expect new merchandise, thus we cannot resell if it has been used. Please allow up to two (2) weeks for your return to be processed and the refund to be applied to your credit card.

No returns allowed SOP (Special Order Products). SOP are products we don't stock and were ordered special for you.
No returns allowed on Closeout Products. All sales of these products are final and cannot be returned. This is noted in the Item Description on your Invoice.
