PLEASE READ THIS PAGE COMPLETELY BEFORE SENDING AN EXCHANGE We value you as a customer and we are committed to making your return of unwanted products to us as simple and easy as possible. To help us achieve this goal and to streamline the process, we require you to fill out a very simple form. Please review the following conditions prior to submitting this form: 1) All Exchanges must be Received at our warehouse within 30 Days of the Invoice Date. 2) Product being exchanged must be in new and unused condition. 3) All exchanges are required to use this Form and have a Return Authorization Number. No phone calls please. 4) You must follow the return instructions for sending your exchange. 5) You are responsible for all exchange shipping charges. Products received for exhange that are used or with damaged/missing packages could be rejected or will be charged 30% of the purchase price or $20.00, which ever is greater. No exchanges allowed on SOP (Special Order Products). SOP are products we don't stock and were ordered special for you. No exchanges allowed on Closeout Products. All sales of these products are final and cannot be exchanged. This is noted in the Item Description on your Invoice. Note: If you are requesting an exchange for the Wrong Product you received and it was our mistake, you will be sent a prepaid UPS Return Shipping label. |

We do not accept exchange requests by telephone. Packages without authorization will
be rejected by our warehouse. We will review the information you submit and reply within TWO BUSINESS Days by Email ONLY. You will recieve a Exchange Return Goods Authorization number (E-RGA) and return instructions. |
