We accept Debit and Credit Cards from American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard.  We also accept Government Purchase Cards. Did you know that Visa and Mastercard offer you Zero Liability on Unauthorized use of your card? Read more about Zero Liability.  We are a Authorized Merchant for American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.  We DO NOT use fourth party services to process our credit cards and all transactions will show Pacific Battery Systems. All transactions are Secure and Encrypted for your protection.  For security reasons, we do not accept Credit Cards by Email. We DO NOT accept credit cards with Billing Addresses (where your statements are mailed) outside of the United States. These are still considered International credit cards even if the card is issued by a U.S. bank and/or the shipping address is in the U.S..

Purchase Orders - We accept Purchase Orders!  You may do this by one of the following methods.

1) Email your Company Purchase Order as an attachment

2) Fax a Company Purchase Order to 1-760-724-2901


Schools, Municipal, Federal, State, City, and local Governments can place an order without applying for credit, however we require a written Purchase Order from these agencies.  If you are one of these agencies and you do not use a formal written Purchase Order system, we must get something in writting on the agency letterhead in order to bill the agency.  It can even be hand written, as long as it is written on letterhead and clearly shows the billing address, shipping address, phone number, the product ordered, and the total dollar amount.

Cash on Delivery Orders - We do not send orders COD (Cash on Delivery). We only accept Prepayment methods of Credit Cards, Prepayment by Company Check or Money Order, or Open Account orders. To order, just use our Shopping Cart Service on the Products page.

Open Account/Net 30-day Terms -



We provide 30-day terms to approved Companies.  Schools, Municipal, Federal, and Local Governments do not require any applications, only a
Written Purchase Order.  Businesses need to fill out a Credit Application and fax it to us at 1-760-724-2901.  We also accept your companies pre-done credit information sheet sent by the same methods outlined above.  We will process it immediately.   Contact us, we can fax a Credit Application to you or Email a Credit Application as an attached file.

Company Check - We only accept Company Checks on Open Accounts or for pre-payment of orders.  Checks received for order pre-payment must clear our bank prior to us shipping your order. All Checks must be made out to Pacific Battery Systems.  Back to Top






Shipping & Handling Policy - Most online orders have free shipping! Each item will be clearly marked on the product page. Shipping is per item.

All in Stock Orders Placed Before 12 Noon PST Ship Out the Same Day.  We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.  In some rare cases we may delay shipping while waiting on additional inventory or various other reasons. We will notify you by Email if the delay is going to be greater then one additional day. We do not guarantee the amount of time for order processing or the amount of time for delivery, HOWEVER we have a record of over 99.5% of all orders being processed and shipped the Same Business Day when placed by 12 Noon PST. AND we have a 99.9% on time delivery rate with UPS.

We Stock what we sell.  We are not a middle man advertising other distributors products.  Where these companies have no control except to take the order and have someone else drop ship the product.  We are the actual stocking distributor buying directly from manufacturers and we ship over 99% of everything we sell from our own warehouses.  In some rare cases, we may have one of our manufacturers drop ship for us.

We sell only within the United States, No international orders.  We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, or Canada. No exceptions.

We DO NOT ship with the US Postal Service. Please do not ask. No exceptions. To many orders have been lost.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes or APO military addresses. We require a physical street address for shipping.

Hawaii and Alaska Orders are excepted as regular orders in the shopping cart, however we may add shipping charges in addition to free shipping or advertised shipping rates upon processing the order. On some orders there are no extra shipping charges added. The maximum amount we will add to your order without specific approval is $10. Any amount over $10, we will contact you for approval before shipping. By placing your order for Hawaii or Alaska, you must automatically accept the additional fee. We do our best to keep this reasonable, as it is not our objective to make money on shipping.

We ship ONLY by UPS. You may use your own UPS account number by entering it in the "Notes" field of the order form. There is no discount.

Pick up at our Warehouse (Will Call).
We allow Will Call pick up at our warehouse. We do not have a retail counter and orders must be placed by telephone or online prior to Will Call pickup. No Exceptions. For same day Will Call pickup, orders must received by 12 Noon PST, otherwise the order will not be ready until the next business day.  For online orders, simply put a note in the Notes Field upon check out that you will be Will Calling/Pickup the order. There are no discounts for Will Call Pick up's.  Shipping is free either way.  Will Call pick up hours are 10am to 4pm M-F.  Please see our contact page for warehouse address.

Using Your UPS Account. 
You may use your own UPS account number by entering it in the "Notes" field of the order form. There is no discount.

20% Handling Charge -
If you decline/refuse a delivery or the shipping carrier cannot deliver the shipment with the address you provide and it is returned to us, we will deduct a 20% handling charge from your refund

Address Change Fee -
If you enter an incorrect shipping address when placing an online order, our shipping carrier's charge us the following fee's and in turn we charge you the same fee's.  $5 for each Ground package and $10 for each Air package.

Shipping Upgrades

Please see the product page for upgrades in shipping.  For example Next Day Air. If you don't see the option to upgrade please call us.

Shipping & Order Confirmation - We keep our Customers informed.  When you place an Order with us, you will be sent an Email confirming your purchase.  The day your order has shipped, we will send to you a Tracking Number via Email by 9pm PST.  You can also get Tracking & Shipping on our website and entering your Customer ID.

In general batteries are guaranteed to fit and work properly for 30 days.

Rechargeable Batteries and Rechargeable Packs (NiCad, Lithium Ion, Etc.)
In general batteries are guaranteed to fit and work properly for one year.

General Return Policy

We will gladly accept a return of product for in store credit, exchange for different product, or refund, if we receive the product within 30 days of the invoice date.  Product being returned must be in the original Packaging and in
new and unused condition.

You are responsible for all return shipping charges.

All returns will be charged 15% of the product price or a minimum $10.00 (whichever is greater) shipping and handling fee. We do not make money on returns. This fee is to cover shipping, handling, and processing of your order.

* Excludes returns on SOP (Special Order Products).  SOP are products we don't stock and were ordered special for you.

* Excludes products on Clearance or Closeout.  All sales of these products are final and cannot be returned.  Product pages will tell you if it is a Clearance, or Closeout items.

Buyer Agreement/Terms of Sale and Notification of Changes

By placing an order either by fax, telephone or online with Pacific Battery Systems, you agree to the policies and terms stated here and elsewhere on our Website.  This website contains all conditions and policies.  No other agreement, either verbal or otherwise shall take precedent over this agreement between buyer and Pacific Battery Systems. You also agree that it is your responsibility to read the product applications, and descriptions, as well as but not limited to all buying, return, and warranty policies, and general terms to make an informed purchasing decision.  Furthermore, you agree to be responsible for payment of shipped product or special order products and/or fees, including but limited fee's for restocking, handling, and shipping, if your credit card, debt card, money order, wire transfer, or check is declined, disputed, or rejected, if all the conditions of the policies and/or terms of this Website and Pacific Battery Systems have been met.  You may cancel any order placed with Pacific Battery Systems prior to shipment only in writing by fax or Email sent to recipient listed on Contact page of this website, excluding special order products that have already been received into the Pacific Battery Systems warehouse. As a retailer Pacific Battery Systems is limited to repair or replacement for warranty of products sold on behalf of the manufacturer of the products.  Pacific Battery Systems is not the manufacturer of products and the warranty offered is given as a service to our customers at which point Pacific Battery Systems may work on behalf of its customers as an agent to obtain warranty from the product manufacturer.  The buyer/user agrees to hold harmless and release Pacific Battery Systems of any liability for any manufacturing and safety defects, mishandling, or misuse of the products, damage relating to installation of products, time spent for products or warranty, service or labor relating to products. The validity, interpretation, and performance of this Agreement shall be controlled by and construed under the laws of the State of California, United States of America, as if performed wholly within the state and without giving effect to the principles of conflict of law.  Portions of this agreement may not be enforced when deemed as conflicting with laws in your area. This agreement may be revised over time without notification to you.   If you do not understand this agreement, do not purchase until have a complete understanding.  Please contact us if you have any concerns, questions, or if you have suggested changes.  Pacific Battery Systems reserves the right to refuse orders at its sole discretion at any point in the order process.
