Your Customer/Shopper ID Number is needed to track packages, check order status, obtain return goods authorization, receive technical support, and to obtain general customer service. We must have this number for us to help you. This number is provided on the receipt page upon check out and is also on the Order Confirmation emailed to you after placing your order. We will do everything we can to help find this number for you. However, you must be as accurate as possible in completing ALL the needed information on the form below. Our search capabilities are limited. If the purchase was made by credit card, we will only provide the Customer/Shopper ID Number to the original card holder and purchaser. We do not provide support for customers of other retailers who have resold the product.  Do Not Enter FULL Credit Card Number, this is not a secure page. We only need the last four numbers.
